This is Grand Teton National Park , near Jackson , Wyoming . These shuttle boats , docked near the Jenny Lake trailhead , cut across the lake to "Hidden Falls" . From the waterfall , you can return by either hiking or riding the shuttle ---or--- you can hike further -all the way to "Cascade Canyon".The hike isn't difficult. Techniques or methods used/practiced - rule of thirds ; framing ; practice photographing reflections for repetition (and good exposure); image portrays a theme ; what to include / eliminate. A split " neutral density " filter would have been useful here . A filter was used to improve color rendition (filter factor 2).
