The trail to Stella and Teresa Lake is one of Americas most beautiful trails . Lehman Cave is very large and is as much fun to visit as Carlsban Caverns in New Mexico .

There is hardly a " nook or cranny " of wasted space in this photo . Techniques : framing - " all around " ; hyperfocal focusing ; and repetition through use of " reflections ".This spot is 1 mile further down the same trail that " Stella Lake " is located on (the tan main page) . Instead of continuing for another 2 miles - I had to turn around . It rained the entire 2 mile hike back to the trailhead. Notice the waters reflection and the threatening dismal clouds - which "opened up" with downpours minutes after this image was taken.
